Being a petite gal I have very small hands. My hands aren't ugly or deformed...But I have abused my hands, probably too much...because they show it...
- years lugging 6 beer mugs in each hand everynight waitress'n in a bar
- years flipping large heavy fabric bolts in a fabric store
- years of weekly bowling
- too many decades of crocheting/knitting/sewing
- My fingers are now crooked.
- my fingers won't lay flat no matter how hard I try.
- My pinkies won't close against my other fingers.
- My knuckles are out of proportion to my hands
- My hands now ache at all the wrong times
When all is said and done, they are my hands and they have served me well; here's to many more years of service...
